Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Digi Makeover website and services. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Digi Makeover is a managed customer-acquisition service. We design, build, connect, and manage systems including websites, lead generation, AI communication, qualification, follow-up, and booking. We are a managed service provider; we are not selling standalone software access.
The free audit
The free audit is provided for general informational purposes to help you understand your current digital performance. It is offered as-is, without warranty, and does not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes.
Founding Partner program
Founding Partner pricing is limited to the first five businesses that complete enrolment. Introductory pricing remains locked for as long as the account remains active and in good standing. Once the founding positions are filled, standard pricing applies to new clients.
Fees & billing
Implementation fees and monthly service fees are described at the point of sale. Monthly service is billed on a recurring basis and continues until cancelled in accordance with your agreement. Prices are shown in US dollars.
Client responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on you providing the information, access, and approvals we need. Our target 14-day launch assumes reasonable cooperation and access.
What we can and cannot guarantee
We guarantee the build, uptime, and the automated qualification and follow-up pipeline as described in your agreement. We cannot guarantee sales or that prospects will buy, as closing depends on factors outside our control. See our Guarantee Terms for details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, submit unlawful content, or use the systems for spam or deceptive practices. We may suspend service for violations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digi Makeover is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms from time to time. Either party may terminate the ongoing service in line with the cancellation terms of your agreement.
